Don Henrico’s Supports Grupong Sinehan Incorporated

Established in 1998 by incorporators Ricky Lee, Joyce Bernal, Cheryl Ching, Cris Pablo and Tyrone Rabago, Grupong Sinehan was envisioned as a full service multi-media production house that specializes in advocacy productions, from documentary to drama. Considered today as the pioneer of commercially screened independently produced digital video movies, Grupong Sinehan is now producing its 4th digital film-“Pitong Dalagita”, starring Angelika Panganiban, Yasmin Kurdi, Starstruck ultimate survivor Iwa Moto, Nadine Samonte, Valerie Concepcion, Christine Reyes and Jay-R Trinidad. Written and directed by internationally acclaimed movie-maker Cris Pablo. The movie will be shown in major commercial cinemas in Metro Manila this November and will have a grand premiere on the week before the scheduled regular screening. In one of the scenes of the movie, the stars will be together in an afternoon fun over a box of Don Henrico’s Seafood Romano while sharing jokes with each other. Kissy, portrayed by Nadine Samonte, will be holding the pizza box.

An Official Finalist Entry to the Cinema One Originals 2006 Film Festival, “Metlogs”- a digital movie focusing on a story about the lives of three migrants/ probinsyanos from Visayas who try their luck in Manila. It’s a wacky story about how we Filipinos are very resourceful and creative in making our lives enjoyable despite the high cost of living in Manila. Don Henrico’s Pizza will be seen in a scene where lead/ major artists eat for their breakfast on their condo units and the other scene is in West Avenue branch wherein Paolo Ballesteros and other actors of the movie dine at the restaurant for lunch. The movie will also have a grand premiere this November at a commercial cinema venue. It will also be shown at Cinema One Channel over Sky Cable.

Don Henrico’s, being one of its sponsors will enjoy logo inclusions on closing credits for the movies and on all reproduction in vcd and dvd copies, plus a privilege to display company banners to theater’s main lobby wherein grand premiere nights will be held for these two digital movies.
