Going on its 8th
year, Miss Philippines-Earth continues with its mission of
recruiting concerned Filipinas who have the unwavering passion
to be Mother Earth’s spokesperson in the necessary campaign to
protect and preserve the environment. For the Last seven
years, Carousel Production has focused its search on regional
pageants and the Filipino Community abroad.
For 2008, Carousel Production would like to expand its search
by soliciting the active participation of municipalities and
cities who would like to send a representative to the pageant
to promote not only its own environmental advocacy but also
its tourist spots/ attractions.
With this, Don Henrico’s supports various activities in its
campaign to “Fight Global Warming” by promoting to all its
branches proper conservation of water and electricity, proper
disposal of all garbage and waste materials and by providing
these beauties for a cause food and drinks for them to be more
effective crusaders that would create awareness and concern
for environmental issues.
