Pulmonary
allergy is a reaction that affects a person’s airways. The
most common situation is asthma. It affects about one or two
kids out of ten. It can start at any age – even in a little
baby or an adult – but it’s most common in school-age kids.
And for kids with pulmonary allergy, breathing can be a lot
more difficult because their airways are very sensitive. And
it can get worse and worse if there’s no medication, as is the
case of most kids today who come from impoverished families.
HEART EVANGELISTA who suffers from a pulmonary allergy that
brings on asthmatic attacks or flare-up knows the discomfort
that these children go thru as well as the expenses of
medication required to treat this disease.
In a sympathetic effort to alleviate the suffering of these
indigenous children and manage their ailments, Ms. Evangelista
has taken on a fund-raising drive via a 10-mall road show tour
which is targeted for take-off on October covering a period of
